What areas do you serve?
We currently serve most of the Santa Clara County Area, including Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, & some parts of San Jose. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm!

What’s included in a deep clean?

As stated on the front page. Every deep clean includes detailed attention to bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and office spaces. We disinfect, scrub, vacuum, mop, and organize light clutter. Mold/mildew removal is offered at a separate rate.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all standard cleaning supplies and tools. If you prefer we use your products (for allergies or eco reasons), just let us know in advance. 

How do I book a service?

You can email us, or call/text directly. We'll get back to you quickly to confirm availability and details ASAP.

How do payments work?

We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations will not incur a fee, but try to make sure the date you scheduled works!

Do you offer recurring cleanings?
Yes! We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and one-time services. Let us know your needs and we’ll set up a routine that works for you.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% off for military personnel and seniors 65+. Just let us know when booking.

Are you licensed or insured?
We are an independent network, not a large company. Some individual workers carry their own insurance. We're happy to clarify on a case-by-case basis.
